Xbox 360 being sold buying new one in a few months need to put password on account?

my brohter is selling his xbox includeing the hard drive and my account is on there. how do i keep it without it being deleted or being able to be access by whoever buys the hard drive. help!

  1. you can delete you account off the hard drive is the only way I know of.
