Xbox 360 biggining screen froze a blue mark onto TV?

Question

Ok Well when my friend was turinging on my Xbox 360 a blue mark froze something onto the bottom of my Tv during the begging part with the ball that says Xbox360, its also on the top. but anyway the blue mark is still there and I cant get it off i turned it of unpluged and everything but still there My xbox 360 is turned off when i unpluged everything I need help getting it off it blury and every thing

this probably isnt your fault though.the catagory doesnt specify itself very well .esp. if you say 360 and dont say anything about game.
