Xbox 360 ( can't find messenger )?

i just got my xbox 360 and everything works great, i made my own xbox live account but when i try to sign into it it says " Can't find messenger". and somtimes it says nothing at all would the heck should i do because it came with a free 1 month gold trial.

  1. Did a very small amount of research. Is your password really long? That might be the problem.
