  1. All four lights blinking for longer than 15 seconds can mean either the batteries are out of power, the controller is searching for, but can't find, its home console, or it can't connect to its home console because there's already four controllers connected to it. A controller can only be synced to one console (it's Home console) at a time, so if you've synced your controller to another console recently, it'll need to be re-synced to your console.

To re-sync your controller (from the manual):

    1) Press the Xbox Guide button to turn on the controller.

    2) Press the power button to turn on the console.

    3) Press the Connect button on the console (it's a tiny button on the face of the console).

    4) Press the Connect button on the controller (it's a tiny button on the top of the controller).

    5) After the Ring of Light on the controller and console spin and flash once, the controller is connected. The quadrant that remains lighted indicates the controller’s position.

If that doesn't work, try replacing the batteries and check that three or less controllers are connected to the console. Make sure to include any peripherals that act as controllers in this count. If all else fails, try removing the battery pack, then reinserting it.

    I hope this helps!

  2. is it a rechargable battery if it is then it must be the charger and not the battery of controller thats the problem
