call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX. you can send it in to get repaired and you don't get charged, not even for shipping and handling. they will send your 360 repaired or they send you a new one.

Sell your xbox 360 to www.sellyourxbox360.com and get a new one... Thats what i did...
