Xbox 360 essentials?

Question

what are the essentials for the 360 im gonna get a 20gb hard drive and 3 months of of live and 1 extra controller.so i want a list of games and accessories.

Im a Sony fan but... maybe GTA IV, Gears of War 1 and 2, Fable 2 (Beleave me look it up), People say Oblivion but game just kinda blows really... same envirement over and over the NPC's say the same things just everything about it makes you go insane. I find Two Words to be fun IF yu patch it up. Sure its not perfect but hey. Its sequel seems cool but wait for the reviews.

Mass Effect and Bio Shock. All I can think of atm. All those are popular games for 360 and im not a fan of half of them but thats because im picky.
