Xbox 360 freezing at Xbox live setup??!! (JUST GOT IT!!)

Question

Okay...i have set up my xbox and then went to set up live. I did everything and then click Accept terms. Then it now says: Creating Xbox Live Membership and Setting up Windows Live Messanger beneath it. Now it started going...and then RIGHT at the end...it froze...the little circle icon isnt moving and ive been here for like 20 minutes without it doing anything. It says Do Not Shut Off Console...but I dont know what to do???? Do I shut it off???

This happened to me yesterday at this same exact time. I shut it off, deleted a few careless stuff (you dont need to do that) and shut it off, 2 minutes later BAM i was soooooo happy, few...that was close. lol

Umm. You should turn it off and wait for 5 minutes. then turn it back on.dont worry about wat it says. it just says not to turn it off bcuz its downloading stuff for ur system. it didnt happen to mine. so i dont really know.

Try again in a few minutes.
