Xbox 360 game suggestions?

Question

Alright, I just bought an xbox 360 a couple of days ago, and I am looking for some top games. The games I'm interested in are Role playing games (RPGs) and any good sports game you can suggest. Games I already have:

All pro football 2K8

Ninja Gaiden II

Please don't suggest:

Halo 3. My cousin is giving it to me next week.

Rockband or any guitar hero (obviously I will get those.)

Grand Theft Auto IV. In my opinion, GTA is the same game, different name every year. I just never see enough difference year by year to put out 60 bucks haha.

Any shooter games. Not a fan of shooter games haha.

I am mainly a fan of games where you level up and learn new moves, things like that. Haha, call me a loser, but I've been considering buying the Avatar or Danny Phantom or something hahaha. Any suggestions? For brownie points, you can leave a link to a game play video on youtube ^_^

For sure get xbox live, most games if they have the upgrade ability you will only be able to level up, get new weapons, and other stuff on live. Get Battlefield Bad Company, its amazing. For sports i would recommend WWE Smack Down vs RAW, even if your not a fan (like my self) its still a fun game.

Wait for fable 2,Gears of war 2 , merc 2 and  saints row 2. Atm I suggest you buuy call of duty 4 and get xbox live.

if you like leveling up and stuff get ninja gaiden 2. you get ranked up and really easy achievments or devil may cry 4 OR don king presents prizefighter (boxing) all have easy achievments and all have leveling up and learning new things.
