Xbox 360 gamertag question?? please help?

i got my 360 like almost half a year ago i made my gamertag and used it till my 1 month free membership ran out.. after that i bought the 12 month live and i retrieved my gamertag and everything was good till a few days later i had a network problem and it then it said i had to retrieve my gamertag again. from that day on i been trying to retrieve it and it just tells me that u cannot retrieve it at that particular moment. it tells me to try again later.. i been trying this for quite a while already and still nothing. whaT can i do to get it back ? those guys from support never answer...

jus stay on the phone, they will pick up. Either then that i think your gonna have to go buy some xbox live points so recover your gamer tag.

Wait for support. They will answer and will work with you. If they lose your call, they even call back. If you don't get the gamertag back, you will be screwed!
