Xbox 360 games unreadable, help?

Question

when i was playing my 360 i was on gta with my friends, when a thing popped up saying 'the disk is unreadable, clean the disk or restart console' so i did that then it worked.. and the next day it happened again.

and then i tried call of duty 4, the same happened, it didnt work then it did

and it happened with one of my other games..

i look after my disks really well

help anyone?

it happened to me once but i just cleaned the disc and it never happened again

try cleaning with cloth

if that doesn't work us a small amount of rubbing achol

if that still doesn't work your cd is scratched and you need to buy a new game.

If you've already cleaned the disks it's probably your disk drive. It's dying.
