Xbox 360 gold membership card??!?!?! LOOK AT PLEASE!?

yeah i am going to buy a 1 month gold membership card just to restart my rank in call of duty...i know there is prestige but i want to be with noobs again....but anyway, when i buy it and i use it for a month do i get a EMAIL from bungie or xbox.com? or do i go to the store and renew it....and do they ask you if you want to renew it if you get it by email??? because if i do get a email by them...DO I GET THE CHOICE OF *NOT* PAYING FOR IT AND THEY CAN JUST DELETE MY PROFILE???? PLEASE ANSWER!!!!

O AND MY XBOX LIVE GAMERCARD IS: D3ATH ANGEL 22....PLEASE JOIN OUR CLAN! ITS SUPER FUN!!!
