Xbox 360 hd-dvd player help pic quality?

Question

have been watching planet earth, pitch black on x360 hd-dvd player and i can see some real stuttering problems when the frame changes. is this a known problem with hd-dvds?

Also i have noticed the lip-synch is out just a little bit and it annoys me a lot!

Is there any way i can resolve these problems?

yes to resolve the problem buy a PS3 as they are ten times better than the xbox... xbox are really c**p
