Xbox 360 hdmi cable?

Question

I'm looking into buying this xbox360 hdmi cable

and I just have some questions about it

how do u set it up

do you just plug one end into your 360 and one end into your tv's hdmi slot?

and does the one cable giv you audio and video?

Yes all you do is plug it in and select the correct "input" of your tv. and yes It is for both sound and video.

If you have a more recent 360 with an HDMI output on it it will work with any TV with HD/HDMI, however it is really used to split audio and video. If you have a 360 with HDMI out and HDTV with HDMI in then all you need is an HDMI cable. That comes with 2, not sure if you need the audio. If you want to split the audio and run it to like a surround sound or separate source that is what this is for. Otherwise you could save a lot of $$$ and buy just the cable. HDMI cables send only a digital signal, there is no need for paying extra, they will get the job done. There are HDMI cables on amazon for like 2 bucks and a couple more bucks for shipping. You set it up by plugging one end into the 360 and the other into the TV. HDMI supports audio and video. The extra dongle is if you want to split the audio off to a separate set of speakers. There are so many cheaper HDMI cables. If you have to have the one "for" the 360 then I guess you could have paid a lot more.
