Xbox 360 need help with gamer pictures.?

ok so im looking through some people's profiles on xbox live.

and i noticed that they have gamer pics that you cant get on live or xbox.com.

how is it that they have these gamer pics.

is there a way to put a custom one on there.

well there zillions of gamer pictures on line iam sure u ahvent seen them all but ya also people can use there 360 webcam to make a pic

They downloaded their gamer pictures from the XBOX Live Marketplace to their XBOX 360 and are using them, hence they aren't on xbox.com. To get custom ones, get a vision camera and then take a picture and you can use that
