I have just purchased a Acer AL2216W LCD monitor that has 1680X1050 Resolution. I bought an Intec VGA cable for my Xbox 360 hoping that I can hook the 360 to my LCD monitor. What turns out happening is when I first booted up the 360, the colors on my LCD were completely washed out, and the text and pictures were all really fuzzy and blurry. When I started up Call of Duty 4, the picture was really poor ( text is all fuzzy, jaggy picture everywhere..) At first I thought that I need to change the resolution of my LCD, so I tried ALL possible screen resoultions, but still the things shown on the LCD were all barely visible. I tried tinkering with the built in LCD settings ( contrast, brightness, color, etc..) but no luck. I am out of ideas...
Does anybody know what the problem is??? Thanks for any replies!
