Xbox 360 or PS3?

Question

im a 360 fan, but my friends at school keep talking **** about 360. i wanna prove to them that xbox360 ownz this generation of gaming.

Well, from a technical point the PS3 has 8 processors and the Xbox360 only has 3. The PS3 also has Blue Ray capability which means a 50G disc capacity. As far as I know Microsoft has alway rejected the idea of releasing games on HD DVD, but that format is already dead any way. So I would say that the 360 owns nothing.

I perxonaly like the 360 becuase of the games it has...the only Ps3 game that looks cool is MGS 4

xbox 360 rules ps3 is nice 2 but ps3 you can rent games with them and when you buy game once you put game in ur ps3 system you can only play it on that system ps3 sucks

The 360 sucks! It's only popular because of two game titles, Halo and Gears of War, other then that it has nothing else.

All three systems are great for their own reasons. This is an exciting time for being a gamer, you've got huge leaps in technology, consoles that are complete media experiences, and more and more the fight to show the public that games are a true art form is becoming stronger. Being a fanboy for any one particular system only hurts your experience.

Wii - The most unique system with the the most unique games that you can find. Yes, PS3 has the sixaxis. No, it's not as good as the remote. Online sucks but the ability to purchase classic Nintendo, AND Sega games makes up for it.  I guarantee you take this system to any house during a crappy party and you'll be the hit of the night.

Backwards Compatible with Gamecube.

PS3  - Cheap and reliable Blue Ray Player thats INCLUDED. Free but buggy online play. Rumble is coming back. Highest quality graphics. Multi media capable. Most likely a long shelf life like the PS2 if all goes well. PS3 Home is rumored to be big.

Final Fantasy XIII

Good backwards compatibility with PS2.

Xbox360 - Surprised a lot of people with some good single platform titles. Complete media experiece. HDDVD is dead so bad luck for anybody who bought the add on. Online play is cheap and reliable. No need to install certain games like PS3. Achievement score are always fun that add to the replayability of the game.

So-So backwards compatibility with Xbox.

I play my Wii with my friends the most. I play the Xbox by myself the most, and I watch TV and BlueRay with my PS3 the most.

This year though Metal Gear and Final Fantasy comes out for PS3 though so that's all gonna change.

In the end, everyone is fighting over the PS3 and the Xbox, but the Wii is the system always missing from the shelves. Stop arguing over something so trivial and just play the games.
