Is it true that if you keep using cheat codes, your disc will begin to have specific problems? cuz ive been using a lot and im just curious..(friend put me on notice)

A Xbox 360 game disc can never be changed by the console.

Its up to the game developer whether or not they want to put restrictions on cheat code use.

For example, in Grand Theft Auto IV if you use certain cheats you cannot be awarded certain achivements. After the achievements have been awarded however, there is no way they can be erased. You can use as many cheat codes as you like after that point.
