Xbox 360 question?????

I have the xbox 360 wireless adapter and it successfully connected to my linksys router. the only problem is that it doesn't accept my ip adress. does anybody know how I can make it accept my ip adress??

Try this. Go to the Network Settings in the System blade, then go to Edit Settings. Now click on the IP box and choose Automatic, then go to the DNS box and choose Automatic.
