Xbox 360 repair info?

ok ive been getting the g*y *** unreadable disk error.......on everything.dvds,games,and cds....ive had my xbox for about 8 months so still got my warranty.....i plan on calling the people tommorow about a repair but i want to know what ill need to tell them to do it

Just describe your problem to them, they'll walk you through what you'll need to do.

You may also need your Xbox 360's serial number which can be found on the back of it on the top right corner where it says "Serial Number" along with other information.
