Xbox 360 shipping label?!?

Question

yesterday, i sadly got the three red flashing rings of death. immediately i called microsoft and told them about my broken xbox. they told me they would send me a shipping label to place on the box that i ship with through my email address but i have yet to receive it. does anyone know if they are still sending it or did they send it to another email?

It's possible they have the wrong e-mail address, or there was an error.  Like the first answer said, you should've gotten it instantly (I had to call MS about a week ago, same problem, my e-mail was there within 5 minutes), so you should call them back and have them re-send it.  Hope this helps, good luck!

You will need to call them back, because you should have recieved it right away. (My XBOX is on it's way back from the "doctor") Did you ask for a conformation number at the end of the phone call? They have one for every call to help identify who you are and the problem. If you forgot to ask for this, you will need to call again.

It could be one of 3 problems, wrong #,  they forgot aaaaand awwww i forgot the 3rd :P
