I prefer the ps3 over the xbox, it has free online play, HD graphics in games, HD movies which the xbox doesn't. ps3 also surprisingly integrates well with windows media player and can share movies and music from your pc wireless. No need to burn dloaded movies to watch them anymore.

xbox 360, better online system which is worth paying for. better controller for playing shoot em ups. same graphically and is genrally a better games console. its prettier too.

the ps3 is a better bluray dvd player...... and looks like a george foreman grill.

360 cheaper same graphics and more ppl have it so the online game corner is bigger making it better to play onine while ps3 being farely new doesnt have as many ppl on its online gaming system

The Xbox 360 is way better overall than the Ps3 and heres why:

Xbox 360: Better Online, Graphics are good, much cheaper than the PS3, headset to talk to ur friends, if ur bored, you can do achivements of the game- Only problem with it is that if u get the Red Ring of Death

PS3- Free Online ( but more people go on Live than Playstation Network), Blu ray disc, controllers go longer and are light. Only problem is that if something goes wrong u cant fix it!!!!!!!!! and Ps3s break easily and u have to pay like $200 and if something goes wrong with ur 360 u get a free brand new 1 in a month.

360 is better =]

BUT dont 4 get that x box 360 is known for have the so called red ring of death. Also, you have to pay to play online. Ps3 is free online and also playstation home will destroy x box live, look it up on youtube or sum thing, its gonna own. Also, 360 is getting a sick game called left 4 dead, wich will be ported to the ps3 later this year

XBox 360 has the same quality graphics as a PS3, if you can really tell enough of a difference then for gods sake buy a PS3, but most people cant tell much difference at all, however the most people can tell the difference in price in the two, that is obvious, the 360 is cheaper, and you can also tell very easily that the 360 has way more titles than the PS3, but biggest of all, the Online Gaming is hands down better on the 360, Sony has never ever been able to match Microsoft's online gaming and really its not surprising but still, unless there is some title that your really big on that is on PS3 then i would say 360 all the way, i personally would never own a PS3, waste of money in my opinion, but factually speaking the 360 is better, its sold more, gets more big titles, gets more exclusive titles, and is just all around better, trust me you wont be upset with a 360

Well let us see, the X box 360 has a lot more games out for it.  It also has a way better online, to play with multi player (because a lot of people have it).  It's not like the 360's graphics are really bad either.

Ps3 has better graphics going for it.  But it less less games, and it's online is no where near comparable.  But you can browse the internet from your Ps3.

I really can't answer that question, if you are looking for graphics but not as fun online.  Go for the PS3.  But if you are looking for a fun time online, with not as good graphic, go for the 360.
