Xbox 360 warranty microsoft seal

Now I got a xbox 360 right and It has not got the microsoft seal so does that mean I can't repair it with microsoft if not what might happen if I don't have the seal?

  1. That is correct. I had a problem with a defective xbox 360 system. When Microsoft received it and saw it did not have a Microsoft seal, they sent it back to me.....unrepaired.
