Xbox Achievements Help!?

Question

Okay, I transfered my file to my friends Xbox and played online. Then, I could swear blind I transfered it back. That was months ago and I have gotten many acheivements since then. However, I recently bought a network adaptor and it couldn't recognise my gamer profile. I asked my friend and he said that I porbably didn't transfer it back and that I would have to recover my gamertag. I did this and to my dismay I found that I had lost many achievements, the most annoying of which losing full gamerscore on oblivion game of the year edition. Is there any way for me to get my lost achievements back without getting them again (I have since traded in most of these games)?

sorry to hear m8 ive had same problem ive lost 5 achievements on dead rising and considering i have the 5 day survivor i was trying to get the full 1k score off that aneway the bad news is when i redid the 5 achievements they dident register if your in the same c**p as i was nothing u can do will get them back

okay there is no  way for u to get those achivements back, u would just have to get them back the hard way. Have been online since u have gotten those achivements if not and u have deleted or lost your profile and then recover it then all achievemts gotten after the last time u sign on would be lost.
