Xbox Game Unreadable?

Question

I bought Need For Speed today and my xbox will not read it eventhough the disc is not scratched. Out of the 20 games I own, this is only one Ive had trouble with.

Any ideas?

try cleaning it with a substance, and clean ur disk drive

white paste, not gel. put it on the disc and rub it in then wipe it off
