Xbox Live Dashboard Trouble?

Question

On ALL My Friends 360's their Dashboard goes on their MarketPlace Page also and also their are add's on the pages for 360 Games. On My 360 the Market Place Background is allways default and their are no add's on my 360. Instead It just mentions Xbox Live.

If you know what the problem is and how I can fix it please tell me!

if you listed your real birthday and are under 18, then you are shielded from the ads.  Its stupid.

I don't know what makes it go to marketplace, mine goes to XBOX live when you start it.

The addition of the marketplace blade was last september's update.
