Whenever I try to sign into my account to upgrade it told gold status, it doesn't connect to Xbox Live. When I try to go to my account management screen, it says I need to be connected to Xbox Live.

  1. check your router, modem(etc), if your still having problems contact you internet provider or xbox  support, I was having trouble and my modem was broken


  2. i dont think this the first time to connect so may be u have some billing problems with the account u can call the support to check with them,

    OR before doing so try to test the xbox live connection.
