Xbox Test says my NAT is open but halo says its closed?

Help!!! plz ps ive tried calling xbox live support.

Xbox Live Test might say its open but its often wrong if your using a wireless connection, or a wired connection where many people are running off it. Try unplugging your router, increasing connectivity to your wireless router, or if your using wired try using Xbox Live when no one else is on the internet.

halo 3 is a VERY precise thing it does that with mine too i do not believe that it can be changed i have tried a lot of things myself and i have now conceded to the fact that it will never say open.
