Xbox hard drives, can they crash?

Question

Is it possible these harddrives can crash, can you back-up the data. I've got allot of games saved on it and dread to think it could crash but touch wood it has never happened and i've been playing games for years

No they are great & they wont crash as long as u dont try to transfer anything from another one & try to transfer back

Any harddrive can crash, just because it's in an xbox doesn't make it more/less likely to happen.

You can back up your data using either the memory cards (Long time!) or you can get a device which sits inbetween the 360 and the HDD and will allow you to perform backups back to your PC.

yes the software on it can crash and they have alot of problems with the 360 the ring of death i call it.sell it buy a ps3.
