does a xbox live 12 month card only let you play xbox live for 12 months? do you need to then reisue it.

Yes you need to buy  new card or use a credit card after the 12 months is up to get aohter 12 months or monthly, 3 monthy or 6...

if its live for the original xbox just wait then once your old acount has ran out it will autimatically charge you for a 12 month live play its about £20.00 - £30.00

You keep your live account so after that 12 months you will still keep your stats in games etc, but if you want to play multilayer again you gotta pay for gold again.
