Xbox live marketplace concern?

I'm not sure why, but my xbox 360 console won't let me download mature rated content. Game videos, or demos, etc. I can play them on my console, but it won't let me download them. I emailed Microsoft and got a useless response, so I'm not sure what to do. I have checked the setting's countless times, and family settings are turned off (I control them) and all content is allowed. What else can I do?

I would recommend calling xbox customer support besides that I have no idea what can be wrong with you not being able to download M rated games. Good Luck!

go to the very right panel on the dashboard and look for some kind of secuirity/parental settings. idk and you can change the settings by putting in the password of your email address that u used to get xbox live
