marvel g i can't believe u fell for that those are scams. now as for the askers question idk how someone on xbl can sed u the points but if u go to best buy or any place that sells electronics they sell points cards and some can be pricy depending on how many point the cards give u

I heard of an update that might come out where you can "gift" MS points. Until then (or if ever) you can buy a prepaid card of points and have them tell you the activation code (cards bought at most electronics stores)
