Xbox live plzz help ??

i had xbox live back in june for that first free month and today i just reactivated my account and i cant play online i guess its blocking me from playing xbox live because my age is 17 and EA has i new age thing i changed the setting but it keeps changing back but i wanted to know can i have my membership changed to another account with a older age / or if i cancel my membership will i get my money back ive only had xbox live for like an hour? how do i work this out?

what u trying do? buying stuff?  or downlaod stuff ya creat a silver accont and downlaod it and put your gamer points on there  untill your birthday  then u can update it

silver accont u will have to wait a week old on dlc to download it  

ya the sytem is really stupid     i really know why  at 17 yr u can buy m rated games but not on there  market place

create a new gamertag and change the birthdate so it thinks your older than 18 the same thig happened to me and it worked hope this helps

you cant cancel cuz u wont get ur cash back if i was u i would change ur account totally

You can't transfer the account to another account.

You won't get your money back.

You should call MS and see if a customer rep can help you out.

everything can be resolved. if worth comes to worst just lie and say your 18 or sell the account on ebay with the above stated reason.

or call them and maybe they can help you. don't worry there are services that can help.
