Xbox live problem its so annoying i cant even play online now someone plz help me?

when i sign in to xbox live and play a game it says update required and when i click yes update now it doesnt update like when it supposed to say like 5% it doesnt it jus stays at 1% and doesnt move so i was wonderin if any could help me plz?

i would try to email the customer service help on Microsoft's website.

This is not a very common problem so i recommend talking to the pros.

maybe your internet is slow to update it fast

Check if the problem is your internet with your computer, if it´s not, then call xbox live support www.xbox.com/support they normally attend you quickly.

go memory and delte it since it update u gotta put a combo of buttons to delte updates  idk u can search it and find it easy or call microsoft

but ya i think u should delet it and find combo u need to do it delet recent updates maby got messed up while downing it

hmm, sounds like some problem with the internet connection, maybe the speed? Try it at a time when no-one else is using the internet, see if that helps, it could be that there's not enough bandwidth for the xbxo to download.

Alternatively, try going round to a friends house with your 360 and connect it up there and try downloading the update, if that works then you'll know it's a problem with your internet connection. Also, try it with different games, does the problem go away ?
