i have a 130 kilobyte connection, am i able to connect to xbox live?

  1. Depends what the MTU (maximum transmission unit) output is. The minimum is 1365, if you don't have this you wont pass the MTU part of the xbox live test.

    What you should do: Find out your MTU output is by contacting your ISP or the router/modem/gateway manufacturer.
