Xbox manual release button?

Question

I've tried to open the tray using the manual release button on the xbox, but nothing is working, even so far as using a screwdriver to pry the tray open hasn't worked. Can someone give me fine details about how to open the xbox tray?

take it in to game stop or another game store, they will find the problem, it may just be caught on something, so take it in and see whats up.

if your xbox is on go down 2 open tray

okay dud, put the console on its side.. under the disc tray it self under this sliver tray u in the middle of it from the side of the xbox360 sign u will find like 2 semi-holes okay 2 beside each other & its not full circle just like a semi- circle 2 of them, okay , following me  so far .. i hope so,

then using any paper clip try to push it rapidly inside & outside  the 2nd hole from the side of the xbox360 sign.

& also u can try the 1st hole to push the paper clip inside,
