do i write any thing on the box I'm shipping to microsoft to get my xbox repaired

well, all of the intructions should be in your email box. they email you a shipping label that you have to ptint out and tape to the box. you should also write name, address, etc.

if you are not 100% or never get the shipping label, call 1800-4MY-XBOX and request that you be email instructions.

No, there should be a shipping label  in the box they sent you that you put over the shipping label currently on the box.
