Xbox360 Help, Please help - Media Sharing?

Question

Called tech support they dunno. Heres the problem, I have comcast, a modem upstairs and a modem downstairs. Running on the same cable but two completely different modems. They use the same gateway and all that however, IP's differ. Xbox 360 is downstaris PC is upstairs, Xbox360 (xbox live) works fine, the pc runs fine.. But when I go to try and connect these two for media sharing the Xbox can't find the PC... Does anyone else have this kind of setup or is everyone using a cord straight from PC to xbox... I need some help getting media sharing to work.. pc is running XP home SP2 I have Zune and WMP11.. Please help..
