Xbox360 Live help.?

Ok. Nobody's been able to help me with this so far. I have Comcast High Speed Internet and I have thier router. The internet cable is running from thier router to my wireless router (Netgear WPN824 v2) then to my Xbox. The problem is, I can stay connected for 5-10 minutes and then it will kick me off. The laptop stays connected the whole time with no problem. I tried to leave out my wireless router and plug the internet cable straight into the Xbox and it will still disconnect after a few minutes. I called Comcast and they said my internet was running perfectly fine. So... I am clueless on what to check next. Has anyone else had the same problem??

Check the modem logs, I had a similar problem with my cable modem, it reset itself every few minutes. My cable company didn't believe I was having any problems until I printed out 30 pages of errors I had copied into a Word document, then it took three different techs to find and resolve the issue (plus changing out the cable modem).

Turned out to be a loose ground connection in the cable box outside and I have to check it after each season change as it seems to find a way to loosen itself up from summer to winter.
