Xbox360 make a loud noise when it loads.(Pro answer please)?

Hi guys,

Last month i bought a Xbox360 (normal), so its basically brand new. Just a few days ago, this kid accidentally knocked my Xbox down, after that it starts making a loud noise when ever i load a game or a Dvd. Please give me a serious answer of whats happening and how do i fix it.
