Xbox360 (return,repair,ship) 3 rings of death?

Can someone please tell me every single step, in detail, how to send and get my xbox360 fixed? Please help because I don't have so much time to spend on researching. Also, estimation for how long it will take to be shipped, repaired, and returned would also be appreciated. Thank you.

Call XBox support, 1-800-4MY-XBOX.  They will set up a claim for you, then send you a prelabled/stamped box for you to send it in to them.  This should be sent overnight so you will get it within 2 days depending on when you call them.  Send it in and you should have a new one within 2 weeks.  I got mine back after only a week, but I have heard some peoples that have taken longer.  Depending on how long you have had your XBox you may be charged, but the warranty for RROD has been extended so hopefully they repair it for free.
