Xbxo 360 HDD?

I just got a new xbox 360 for x-mas, and i noticed that most xbox 360's have an HDD that's like shiny on the side.

My xbox 360 HDD(hardrive) side is dark greyish.

Why is that???

  1. it's just another model of the hard drive. it's either a newer model , or older, but there's a small chance it's an old model because mine is chrome (shiny) and it's 2 years old.
