Xc techniques??

i'm tall and dont have much endurance so i wanted tecniques to do cross country.....i culd barely pass the mile and get tired easily.....how can i do FIVE miles w/o fainting or puking??? and wat techniques shud i use??

  1. try playing sports with other kids in your free time and run around the neighborhood three days a week


  2. be slow and steady...I used to be where u were....just start off and see if u can finish 2 miles without stopping..then keep doing that for a week or so, then start setting a time in which you reach  two miles and then start adding more distance and once u get comfortable with the distance u can run start implementing a time...just keep building up and you'll be there....you have to have a lot of will power tho! good luck
