Question:

Xerox 4110

We have a Xerox4110 and when users print to it their last page will say
Warning: IllegalMediaSize

Do you have any idea why this is happening. I've been googling and it seems that it may have something to do with databases but I'm not getting answers to resolve this issue. Tried rebooting, no luck.
