Xerox Phaser 6110 claims new toner cartridge is...

the printer is constantly claiming that it is out of red toner and requestsa new cartridge. however even after trying 2 new cartridges it is still sayingthat the red is empty.from time to time it still prints a colored page if you try immediately after turning it on.
