Xerox Workcentre Pro 123 error code 016-719

Question

Error code is not in the manual. I am printing from a product called Formfast and everytime I print to the Xerox I get the error code 016-719. I can print to a HP 4100 fine. I am using the Xerox Workcentre Pro 123 PCL 6 driver. The HP is the PCL 5e driver.
