When we turn on the copier, and it begins to warm up, we get a message saying "Call For Service". We have tried different things, like holding down the 0 and 8, and then typing in 400. Or holding down the 0 while it is starting up. We opened one of the side doors before we turned it on. the machine started up, and showed a message telling us to close the door. When we did, the message read; "Wait: Warming Up", and then it said "Call For Service".
It appears that the problem is with the warming up process, and we are assuming that we may need a heater lamp, or possibly a thermal control device.
Do you have any advice on what the problem may be, what part we need, and where would be a good place to purchase it?
