Xerox document center 430st

Question

unit has cycled into hard disk failure.... turned off ... unplugged ..... replugged.....turned back on ....was able to access admin screen also showed 4d23 error code .....now just showing hard disk failure ......please tell me what steps to do to make this pos work again.....I can't get any work done until this thing runs .......
