Question:

Xerox phaser 6120 paper jam

I had a paper jam in the fusee, the paper concertinaed up. When I tried to remove it, it tore off. Now there is paper jammed in that I can just reach but it is tearing off in little bits as I try to pull it. I have lifted the envelope levers.
