Xerox workcenter pro 123 errors

Question

I have the above printer,it has set for awhile and after turning it back on it started to smoke from the fuser,it like burnt the wheels so they now have flat spots on them and then reported error 010-320 can you shed any light on this error and tell me f or where I can locate one of these fusers for less than $500.
