Me and my family are going back to the orlando parks for Christmas, and were thinking if we should go to mickeys very merry Xmas or Horror nights for Universal? We can only do one, we did disney last year, but we totally loved it, never did Horror nights, we do love scary things, but my sister can get freaked out if its too bloody.

  1. very busy look forward to long lines.for your sisters sake go to mickeys very merry Xmas.Horror nights can get bloody during the night shows.have fun hope this helps.

  2. def disney world at xmas.

and totally do the mickey's very merry christmas party.

it is soooo fun. and its the only way you will see snow fly in magic kingdom. that is the only time they do it. hollywood studios has snow on the streets of america every day during the xmas season but magic kingdom only does it at the christmas party.

plus you get to go on all of the rides, get free coco and cookies, the characters have dance parties with lights and music. i love when chip and dale dance with you.

last year goofy started waltzing with me!

you and your whole family will love it.

plus xmas in disney is just awesome no matter what you do.

  3. Disney at Christmas is my vote.  Universal is not like Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and is meant to be scary and your sister might get freaked out.  Read what they say at the site, and that should answer your question.  It's about getting scared.

"This event may be too intense for young children. Adult discretion is strongly advised. There are no child ticket prices available for this event."

At allearsnet it says, "Halloween Horror Nights may be too intense for children and some adults"

  4. Young kids disney...Older kids universal.  That is the rule of thumb all year round.
